Walk the Barrios of Barcelona
Barrio means neighborhood, so discover Barcelona on a private walk and get to know things you otherwise wouldn’t notice! We love to share those little secrets with our guests because they reflect the true Barcelona, often hidden by mass tourism. This is not a typical walking tour, but rather an insider tour by Sandro, our Front of House, who is a guide and founder of @barcelonaplanit. These tailor-made slow travel walks will lead you off-the-beaten track around El Born, Sant Antoni, Poble Sec, Gràcia areas, you choose where to start exploring!
Available for private groups of 2-6 people in English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese. 2pax: 55€/person, 3-4pax: 40€/person, 5-6pax: 30€/person.
Modernisme Walk & Wine Tour
This walking tour takes you to Barcelona’s Eixample district to discover the beautiful shapes and colourful designs of the Catalan Art Nouveau (Modernisme) houses. Find out how this movement emerged in Europe towards the end of the 19th century and get to know the work of the most important architects of that time, such as Antoni Gaudí. The route ends at a wine bar where you will be able to taste 3 different quality Catalan wines with some snack pairings. Cristina, our licensed tour guide and sommelier, will explain the wines and “pair” them with some additional information related to the tour.

Wine tasting: additional 24€/person. (If your group prefers not to do the wine tasting, you can replace it with a guided visit to Gaudí’s House “Casa Milà” (La Pedrera).
Pablo Ruiz Picasso and the bohemian Barcelona
This private walking tour designed for true art lovers immerses you into the life of Picasso; his years spent in Barcelona and the relationship he developed with the city. The tour explores the places where the artist lived, studied, worked and got inspired in his youth. You will also learn about the context of the bohemian art scene in Barcelona at the end of 19th century. Who were Picasso’s artist friends? Where were they meeting? Which were the trends at the time? Who was Picasso looking up to? While answering these questions, the route will take us to the Picasso Museum, where the tour will finish with a private guided visit to the permanent collection.

Montgat fish auction & tapas by the beach
Come on a walking tour of this charming village, just a short train ride away from yök. Sandro will give you a glimpse into the true Mediterranean lifestyle and take you to the only remaining singing fish auction in Catalonia! From there you get to eat lunch at a “xiringuito”, a typical beach bar by the sea (or a local restaurant during the low season). Available for groups of 2-8 people in English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese. 2pax: 89€/person, 3-4pax: 69€/person, 5-6pax: 55€/person. This includes a privete guide, a return train ticket and lunch (1 drink included). Available Tuesday to Friday, 11:15h to 15:15h. (Meeting point: at yök).
You are welcome to stay on the beach afterwards.
